Groups of 4 to 40 People — Door County’s Most Flexible Corporate Fishing Charter

Green Bay Trophy Fishing operates the most flexible corporate fishing program in Door County, with the ability to accommodate groups of 4 to 40 people across our fleet of fully equipped fishing vessels. Small executive groups of 4 to 8 people enjoy an intimate, personalized experience with a dedicated guide who tailors every aspect of the trip to your group’s preferences and skill levels. Mid-size groups of 10 to 20 people run on multiple coordinated boats with guides in constant communication, creating friendly competition between boats while everyone fishes the same prime locations. Large corporate events of 20 to 40 people become full-scale fishing tournaments on the water — complete with prizes for biggest fish, most fish, and first fish of the day. Every corporate charter includes all fishing tackle, rods, reels, and bait. Our experienced guides coach every member of your group — from complete beginners to experienced anglers — ensuring everyone participates, catches fish, and has an outstanding time on the water. No fishing experience required. Just show up and we handle everything else.

What Should My Team Bring?

Green Bay Trophy Fishing provides all fishing equipment — rods, reels, tackle, and bait are all included. Here is what your team members need to bring: a valid Wisconsin fishing license for each angler (available easily online through the Wisconsin DNR website before your trip), weather-appropriate clothing in layers since it can be cool on the water even on warm days, sunscreen and polarized sunglasses, a phone or camera for photos, and a great attitude. If your group would like to keep walleye for a fish fry or company dinner, bring coolers with ice. Motion sickness medication is recommended for anyone prone to seasickness. Everything else — snacks, beverages, and any special equipment — can be discussed when you book your trip. Our goal is to make the logistics as easy as possible for your event organizer so you can focus on enjoying the day with your team.

Can I Keep The Fish?

Yes — walleye are excellent table fare and your group is welcome to keep their catch within Wisconsin’s legal limits. A Wisconsin fishing license allows each angler to keep up to 5 walleye 15 inches or larger per day, making a corporate fishing trip a great opportunity to bring home delicious fresh walleye for a company fish fry. Many corporate groups love ending their Door County fishing day with a traditional shore lunch or fish fry using the day’s catch — and Green Bay Trophy Fishing can help arrange that experience. Smallmouth bass are strictly catch-and-release to protect the world-class fishery that makes Sturgeon Bay famous, but the fight and the photos are the real reward with smallmouth. Northern pike can also be kept within legal limits — ask your guide about current regulations on your trip date.
